Overview
Cardiff Collision has expanded and we are looking to fill a position at our new Fleet Division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations on the production floor.
- Open and close shop, delegate work to repair technicians, manage sublets and spearhead production meetings.
- Assist with estimates as necessary, communicate with insurance providers and manage movement of vehicles.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Experience in high‑quality collision repair.
- Effective leadership and above‑average supervisory skills.
- Good understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies.
- Strong work attitude, excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Positive team spirit within the department and support of other departments.
