Job Description
- Creates technical drawings based on architectural and structural plans.
- Coordinates closely with Project Engineers and Sales Executive for discussion and clarification of client requirements.
- Conducts periodic visits to sites to ensure adherence to design and specifications.
- Finalizes as-built plan prior to project turn-over.
- Reviews drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintains all revisions of project drawings.
- Updates and maintains drafting log.
- Performs other duties assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent degree.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
