We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Automation & AI Intern to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role will support the design and implementation of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, while also partnering with our internal AI team to explore and enhance AI-powered solutions for recruitment operations.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, develop automation workflows, and contribute to AI initiatives such as chatbot development, query management, and ticket routing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about process automation, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.
