This individual will serve as the project lead for production process optimization and robotic automation initiatives, driving efficiency across operations. The Automation Engineer will be responsible for planning, procuring, and integrating large-scale capital projects, developing strategies from concept to managing execution. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-impact solutions.
