As an Automation Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance process efficiency and reliability. Collaborate with skilled engineers and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Adv Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosí, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
The Machine Guarding & Functional Safety Specialist is responsible for the assessment, design, implementation, and validation of machine guarding and safety control systems to ensure compliance with applicable safety standards. This role supports manufacturing and industrial environments by reducing risk to personnel, improving equipment safety, and ensuring regulatory compliance through structured risk assessments, safety system design, and validation activities.
