Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and clients for commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of SCADA/PLC, Machine Vision and automation systems
- Interpretation of control schematics and wiring diagrams in support of system design, integration, and commissioning activities
- Co‑ordination, work with sub‑contractors on software/hardware development plans
- Development/preparation and maintenance of documentation related to system configurations, test plans, and maintenance protocols
- Working knowledge of PLC systems, industrial networking and architecture
- Familiarity with factory automation sensors and equipment such as photo‑electric, inductive, rotary encoders, laser range‑finding sensors, LIDAR
- Basic knowledge of SCADA, IT networking, IP cameras, NVRs, electrical wiring, machine vision, robotics and motion control systems
