Job Responsibilities
- Execute installation, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities for automation systems at customer sites.
- Develop and optimize AI-based visual inspection and defect detection applications to support manufacturing operations.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance on robotic systems and automation solutions for customers and internal teams.
- Deliver after-sales services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and performance optimization of robotic equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and training materials as required.
