Who You’ll Be Working With
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions- and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you.
You’ll Be Responsible For The Following
- Understand and analyze complex business requirements to identify high-impact AI and automation opportunities (spanning RPA, low-code, scripting, data visualization, and advanced AI models).
- Act as Tech process owner (PO) together with other business PO across the company to map end-to-end processes, facilitate data gathering and ideation sessions, and proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction.
- Create and refine the initial business case for AI and automation initiatives, quantifying expected ROI, and working closely with Finance and stakeholders to secure sign‑off.
