We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Automation Specialist to support our Industrial customers across Central Iowa. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in automation, controls, or electrical distribution who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and driving technical solutions in the field.
This position is field-based, with travel within Iowa. Travel is frequent, but overnight stays are minimal.

Minimum Qualifications:
+ 2–4 years of experience in automation, controls, or electrical distribution
+ Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and control components
