Job Description
- Execute test planning, design, and execution for software applications - Identify and analyze defects in complex systems and escalate when needed - Collaborate with developers to resolve application issues - Support senior QA activities including design reviews and feasibility studies - Ensure all customer requirements are validated and met - Provide guidance and support to junior QA team members - Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis - Maintain test documentation and QA reports - Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices - Work in Agile and structured development environments
