Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Branch/Store Manager to join their Manunda branch and lead their team to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations across sales, customer service, administration, warehouse and leadership functions
- Build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and improve branch profitability
- Lead and develop the branch team, including Parts Interpreters, Stores and Delivery Drivers
- Ensure full compliance with OH&S requirements, maintaining a safe workplace and keeping all safety training up to date.
- Manage core administrative processes, including invoicing, credits, warranty claims and general branch reporting.
- Saturday morning shifts, as required
