Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and systems.
- Conduct hands‑on workshops covering EV batteries, electric motors, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Evaluate trainee performance, monitor learning progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure training programmes are delivered in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and learning activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Automotive Technology, Electric Vehicle Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.
- Practical experience in automotive or EV‑related industries is preferred.
