Job Description
Support Parts Manager on a day-to-day operation
Ensure smooth running of the parts store operation and workshop support on parts requirements.
Facilitate stores smooth operation flow according to standard and safety procedures.
Oversees the timely receiving, sorting and binning of parts.
Ensure accuracy of the right parts and quantity supplied.
Responsible for the physical inventory of the parts store and accessories corner.
Perform constant location maintenance to improve part store space utilization.
Conduct periodical checks on the physical inventory in the Parts store and accessories.
Ensure the Stock Take Variant to be less than 3% in the parts store and accessories.
Liaison with CSA & Workshop controller on parts warranty related matters.
Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery.
Execute in carrying out project as and when assigned by management.
