Responsibilities
- Working from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Speaking with customers about their auto repair needs
- Creating repair orders and recommending additional repairs/maintenance to encourage sales
- Presenting estimates and explaining the importance of the service before gaining approval for the work
- Communicating with the service team to keep the day‑to‑day flowing smoothly
