Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide software technical support for the full automotive product line, including Cellular 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA (+), GSM/GPRS, GNSS, WiFi/BT and Smart Cockpit modules.
- Respond quickly and offer on‑site support to all customers located throughout APAC regions, helping them resolve any software issues.
- Travel to sites for on‑site support as necessary.
- Offer feasible solutions to customers based on their application requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, telecommunication, electronic engineering, computer science or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in wireless communication software development, preferably in automotive telematics or cockpit, with at least 3 years of R&D experience in embedded software design, software architecture design, or Linux/Android driver development.
- Familiarity with C/C++, Java, Python, ...
