Supervisors are certified technicians, responsible for overseeing teammates and ensuring that all services are performed to Jiffy Lube’s highest standards. In addition to performing Jiffy Lube Signature Oil Change, Supervisors are responsible for routine preventative maintenance, vehicle testing, diagnosis, and repair. Supervisor’s set an example as a leader, focusing on the career development of teammates, and provide consistent guidance and direction.
