Job Description
This position is responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive technical training programs. The goal is to elevate the knowledge and performance of our dealer Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Warranty Personnel.
About the opportunity
- Perform a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to accurately identify skill and knowledge gaps across Technicians, Foremen, and Service Advisors.
- Design and develop engaging and technically accurate training modules and materials based directly on the results of the TNA.
- Prepare, execute, and monitor detailed training plans that are strategically aligned with the Training Academy’s objectives and overall business targets.
- Facilitate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Technicians and other dealer After Sales Support Personnel.
