Key Responsibilities
- Lead advanced diagnostics and resolve complex repair cases across ICE and EV vehicles
- Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to workshop technicians
- Drive improvements in first‑time fix rate through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Act as the key technical escalation point for challenging cases within the workshop
- Liaise with manufacturer technical support teams when required
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality
- Minimum 5‑10 years of hands‑on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics
- Proven capability in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues
