Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is: To provide the full range of aviation management resources for the unit pertaining to assigned rated/ non-rated / career enlisted / non-career enlisted aircrew. 1. Plans, implements and controls all operational administrative aspects of aviation resource management. Serve as an advisor/principle contact for unit leadership and other management officials. 2. Maintains and updates Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS), Patriot Excalibur(PEX)/Omni, and other aviation management software: Operates, maintains, and monitors all pertinent aviation management software at the unit level. 3.
