In this role, you will apply your skills across our growing fleet of aircraft while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a variety of maintenance activities. New mechanics in Salt Lake City (SLC) qualify for **a $10,000 bonus** with a commitment to work in that location for at least three years.Candidates with military A&P experience may also be eligible for a **$7,500 bonus** with a commitment to remain employed with SkyWest for a minimum of three years. This position provides the opportunity to expand your technical expertise, work alongside a highly skilled team of mechanics, and make a meaningful contribution to the overall success of SkyWest’s operation.
