The University’s Learning Space Support Team, as part of the Information Services Directorate, are seeking an enthusiastic AV/IT technician to work within the Audio Visual and Lab Support Section on an open ended contract. Audio Visual support is a crucial part of the University’s infrastructure and underpins the delivery of the University’s teaching and learning activities. If you feel you have the relevant skills and feel you can bring additional benefit to the university then this is the role for you. You will report directly to the Learning Spaces Operations Manager and will be responsible for first-line support, troubleshooting/ problem analysis of both online via Zoom and offline hands-on support of a wide variety of audio-visual equipment to ensure the lectures and tutorials are delivered as scheduled and without fault.
