The AVP-Fixed Voice Product Management is responsible for driving the strategy, development, lifecycle management, and commercialization of fixed voice services (e.g., SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, PSTN replacement solutions) for enterprise and SME segments. This role ensures the product portfolio is competitive, scalable, and aligned with market demand, revenue targets, and operational efficiency goals.
1.Product Lifecycle Management
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of fixed voice products, from launch to retirement.
- Ensure product relevance through continuous market and customer feedback.
- Maintain product documentation, feature catalogs, and change logs.
