Job Description
Scope
Lead end-to-end HR Operations including payroll, employee benefits, pension administration, employee funds, HR compliance and employee records management to ensure efficient and compliant HR Services delivery. Manage industrial relations, disciplinary matters, employee grievances. Labor law compliance and HR related litigation while maintaining effective stakeholder coordination with regulatory and government authorities. Drive operational excellence through HR process improvement, policy implementation, governance oversight, workforce administration and execution of strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized university/program (Candidates having CHRP,SHRM would be preferred).
