Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial strategy to deliver revenue, volume, profit and market share targets.
  • Integrate RTM, RGM, and Commercial Execution into a unified commercial roadmap aligned with company priorities.
  • Drive commercial performance reviews and ensure execution delivers measurable business impact.
  • Optimize RTM models across General Trade, Modern Trade, Food Service and On-Premise.
  • Strengthen distribution coverage, customer segmentation, service-level performance, and channel development.
  • Lead RGM levers: pricing, promotions, pack-price architecture, mix optimization, and trade investment.
  • Ensure strong pricing governance and disciplined D&A management.
  • Improve channel and customer profitability through analytics-led decision-making.
  • Strengthen execution KPIs, dashboards, and performance routines across all channels.
