Job Summary
As part of a fast-paced HR team, the incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end management of SGX’s HRIS ecosystem, balancing robust operational maintenance (BAU) with the independent delivery of complex HR technology transformations. As a technical specialist, you will ensure system stability and data integrity across Core HR and Talent modules, while leveraging programming and advanced analytics to drive process automation and high-level data storytelling for executive decision-making.
