Job Description
- Design Business Strategy to aggressively grow Mutual Fund AUM & SIP book through Branch channel (B2C) & Partner network (B2B) at Pan-India level. Closely monitor execution and target achievement across Regions, Clusters & Branches.
- Drive Mutual Fund sales and provide excellent Sales Support to Pan-India Relationship Managers, Sales & Dealing teams located across branches via Mutual Fund portfolio analysis, rebalancing reviews, preparing product presentations and conducting joint e-meetings/con-calls with HNI clients.
- Provide excellent Business Development support to branches by spotting AUM growth opportunities using Business Analytics. Design AUM growth campaigns, contests, IAPs, Events and marketing drives at branch/cluster level.
- Maintain excellent relationship with AMCs, drive new product launches and arrange regular Fund Manager calls, Sales & Product trainings at Pan-India level.
