: Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of 15–20 US real estate clients. Lead large teams across AP, AR, GL, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, Bank Reconciliations, and Month-End Close. Drive profitability, operational excellence, process transformation, and automation initiatives. Build strong client relationships and lead governance reviews. Champion compliance, controls, audit readiness, and process standardization. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 120 professionals across multiple management layers. ' : 16 years of progressive accounting experience. 8–10 . Experience managing 100 FTE teams in Shared Services, GCC, BPO, or Outsourced Accounting environments. Strong expertise in US GAAP, Property Accounting, CAM Reconciliations, Fund Accounting, and Financial Operations. Hands-on experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar Real Estate Accounting platforms.
