Job Description
The AVP – Rec & Proofing Team Coordinator is a seasoned professional role responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end reconciliation and proofing processes to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timely substantiation of balance sheet accounts. The role provides coordination and subject‑matter oversight across reconciliation activities. The coordinator partners closely with Account Owners, Operations, Finance, Controllers, and Governance teams to ensure reconciliations are completed in line with policy, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards. This role also supports escalation of issues, drives timely remediation, ensures appropriate documentation and audit readiness, and contributes to continuous improvement of reconciliation and proofing processes to strengthen balance sheet governance.
