Job Description

This AVP leads Retail Sales Enablement for North America. The role owns the strategy and day-to-day delivery of the tools, platforms, and adoption programs that help sales teams work smarter and engage advisors more effectively. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing/MarTech, Technology, Data/Analytics, and Compliance to deliver a reliable CRM experience, strong selling tools (including content/engagement platforms), actionable reporting, and AI-enabled productivity improvements to create the best efficient and effective seller journey platform.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set the North America Retail Enablement roadmap across CRM, selling tools, content/engagement platforms, reporting/insights, and AI-enabled capabilities.
