Responsibilities
- Manage and define overall solution design as well as data integration and data flow designs across multiple banking platforms to ensure seamless operations.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing IT solutions that align with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including standard operating procedures, design documents, and user manuals to support system integrity.
- Review existing IT platform builds, developed processes, system performance metrics, identify potential bottlenecks, and provide progressive improvement plans.
- Conduct studies and assessments on various system data sources, perform data mapping activities, and address any data-related matters to guarantee accurate integration across systems.
