The AVP, Transaction Management role at GIC involves overseeing the execution of real estate transactions. What You’ll Do- Drive transaction execution with various teams for timely deal closings
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for documentation and funding
- Monitor loan covenants and prepare compliance documentation
- Assist teams with internal compliance tasks related to deals
- Manage the deal and financing pipeline for accurate tracking
- Support process reviews to enhance efficiency
- Implement process improvements and drive technology initiatives
- Good Degree in Finance, Mortgage Lending, Legal or related fields
