Interim AWS Security Architect - Hybrid / Low Latency Platform
Robert Half is supporting a global consulting firm in engaging an experienced AWS Security Architect as an interim associate to support a large-scale platform re-architecture programme within a major financial services organisation. This role is focused on designing security architecture for a hybrid AWS environment (AWS Outposts + on-premise infrastructure), supporting the transformation of a global, low-latency data platform into a containerised, cloud-aligned architecture. The Security Architect will work closely with platform, network and engineering teams to define and implement security controls across infrastructure, containers and data flows, with a strong focus on design, trade-offs and real-world application rather than tooling or governance alone.
