Responsibilities
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with Regional and EMEA functions to implement best-in-class retail excellence, serve as the face of the agency when communicating with HQ and primary support for local retail teams.
- Project Management: Execute operational projects defined by the EMEA Operations Manager, focusing on driving measurable productivity gains and operational efficiencies within the store environment.
- Systems & Software Advocacy: Act as subject‑matter expert for key retail software applications, ensuring all stores utilize these tools to optimize daily workflows.
