AX Developer skills are needed to continually improve our customer shopping and employee work process experiences. A positive and easy shopping experience is a key competitive advantage, and the AX Developer will play a key role in ensuring that is what Eastwood offers customers. An effectively operating system also makes for a better employee experience which is also desirable. Eastwood has made the strategic decision to bring these skills in-house allowing us to be more responsive and nimbler.
