Job Description
Pre‑Sales Application Support
- Utilize system performance on customer provided sample. Create application report to demonstrate systems capability and strength for commercial team to win business.
- Participate on pre‑sales discussions with Customers as a technical expert.
- Support Sales to define system configuration and finalize customer technical spec review.
- Attend Trade Show/Conference or other industry event to demonstrate equipment and/or present technical information on behalf of the company.
Customer Satisfaction and Training
- Provide high level applications support to set up and program new system at customer site.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues and concerns with AXI equipment.
- Advising Customers the best solution for their sample and new requirements.
