We are seeking an experienced Axway MFT / Secure Transport Support Engineer to support enterprise file transfer platforms and critical business integrations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Axway Managed File Transfer (MFT), Axway Secure Transport, production support, troubleshooting, and secure partner connectivity management.
The role involves supporting business‑critical file transfers, managing incidents, coordinating with infrastructure teams, and ensuring high platform availability.
Key Responsibilities
Axway Administration & Support
- Administer and support Axway MFT and Secure Transport environments.
- Configure secure file transfer processes and workflows.
- Manage partner onboarding and connectivity setup.
- Support certificate installation, renewal, and management.
- Configure and maintain SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and AS2 integrations.
