Job Description
The boutique guesthouse Château des Chameaux (opening in October/November 2026) is looking for an experienced Ayurvedic Chef with a strong background in traditional Ayurvedic cuisine and a passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare authentic Ayurvedic specialties in accordance with Ayurvedic principles.
- Take responsibility for the breakfast service, including Ayurvedic dishes and a high-quality continental breakfast
- Prepare daily staff meals
- Create and prepare a variety of Ayurvedic and international soups, main courses, and desserts for the evening service at a high culinary standard
- Plate and present dishes with creativity and attention to detail
- Contribute to the development of seasonal menus and Ayurvedic nutrition concepts
