Qualifications Educational Requirements Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Skills Basic understanding of cloud computing principles, particularly Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware. Knowledge of networking concepts (e.g., VLANs, DNS, IP addressing). Proficiency in using monitoring and management tools for Azure and Hyper-V environments. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory) Experience 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field (internships or hands-on lab experience in Azure or Hyper-V are acceptable).
