Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive who will handle corporate and project-based clients for high-rise developments such as condominiums, offices, and hotels. The role focuses on generating sales, managing client relationships, and delivering customized furniture solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new B2B clients (developers, contractors, architects, designers)
- Manage high-rise project accounts from inquiry to closing
- Present and recommend furniture products and solutions based on client needs
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and showroom presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, delivery, installation)
