Key Responsibilities:
- Customer growth: finding new major customers
- Indentify, propect and acquire new major B2B customers
- Maintain and grow sales from exisiting B2B customers by strengthening relationships
- Manage subordinates based on customer segmentation
- Managing inventory: forecasting inventory needs for B2B, consignment, replenishment
- Sales Growth: maintaining sales with current customer
- Oversee payment collection and monitor outstanding receivable
- Cross-Functional Collaborations with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales / commercial roles, preferably within hospitality, HoReCa, hotel supply, bedding, facilities, or premium consumer brands
