About the Role
We’re looking for a Program Manager to join the Founder’s Office at Fluid (our B2B sector). This is not a typical PM role - think of it as a force-multiplier position for the founding team. You’ll operate across business, product, operations, and compliance, picking up the highest-impact problem at any given time and driving it to resolution. If you love variety, move fast, and thrive in ambiguity, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Own and drive cross-functional programs end-to-end — from scoping to execution to business review.
- Program-manage engineering sprints: track velocity, unblock teams, and keep releases on schedule.
- Build and ship product features for the business teams / customers (requirements, design coordination, UAT, launch).
- Lead compliance and certification initiatives such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
