We are a growing food startup with ready production capacity and are hiring our first B2B sales specialist. This role is focused on opening new accounts quickly, delivering revenue, and growing repeat orders over time for fresh and frozen cannelés.
You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing first orders and developing long-term customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • New Account Development
    • Actively find and open B2B customers: restaurants, cafés, hotels, and HORECA groups
    • Use cold calls, walk-ins, referrals, and personal network
    • Build and manage a realistic sales pipeline
  • Sales Outreach Meetings
    • Contact decision-makers: owners, chefs, FB managers, purchasing managers
    • Present product benefits, pricing, storage, delivery, and ordering process
