This opportunity is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a B2C Onboarding Officer (OPS) within the Operations domain. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients by phone, introducing and guiding them through the credit application process and ensuring timely completion of their files.
- Provide financial advice, analyze client dossiers, and propose the most suitable products, leveraging your strong commercial mindset and ability to identify cross-selling opportunities.
