Are you ready for a challenging role in the international environment of DAF Used Trucks? Within the Used Trucks department, HubSpot is used as the CRM platform to manage and follow up on incoming sales leads. During this internsihp, you will focus on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of this lead follow-up process by analysing current practices and proposing concrete improvements.
Your main activities will include:
Analysing the existing lead follow-up process in HubSpot across multiple European countriesInvestigating which information is required to support more effective en efficient lead managementSetting up an universal lead follow-up strategy within HubSpotIn addition, you will contribute to strengthening daily sales operations by:
