Job Description
Food preparation & cooking
- Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, portioning) in accordance with recipes and station needs.
- Cook and assemble menu items according to standard recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
- Follow strict food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and serving sizes.
Kitchen operations support
- Set up and stock workstation before each shift.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients (FIFO method).
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity accuracy.
- Operate kitchen equipment (grill, fryer, oven, chiller, freezer, etc.) responsibly and safely.
