Role Overview: The Back Office Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Placement Department. The role ensures smooth coordination of placement activities, maintenance of student and recruiter databases, preparation of reports, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, documentation, filing, and general office coordination for placement activities.
- Draft and dispatch official letters, emails, and communication to companies, students, and alumni.
- Assist in preparing placement brochures, mailers, and other promotional materials.
2. Database & Record Management
- Maintain and regularly update student profiles, resumes, and placement data in ERP/CRM/Excel.
