You will work within the Back Office department of
Samsung SDS. The department is responsible for ensuring that orders
are processed and shipped on time. The team works closely together
with logistic service providers and Samsung Electronics to provide
proactive updates on order statuses and transport
planning.
The responsibility of the team starts
at order entry and continues until shipment collection. The
department focuses on maintaining the On Time Collection KPI and
taking preventive actions in case of possible KPI
failures.
You will work in a dynamic and
international logistics environment where teamwork, communication
and problem solving are important.
