Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Back Office & Marketing Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations along with supporting marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling coordination, documentation, client communication, reporting, and assisting in marketing campaigns and social media activities.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain records, invoices, reports, and client databases.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth workflow.
- Follow up on payments, documentation, and approvals.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Manage emails, data entry, and filing work.
- Support HR and office coordination activities when required.
