Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in back‑office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments.
- At least 1–2 years’ supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Experience in a fast‑paced, service‑driven or contact centre environment is advantageous.
- Exposure to quality assurance, reporting, or process improvement is preferred.
