Job Description

Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in WhatsApp Business API / Cloud API integration
  • Hands‑on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event‑driven architecture
  • Proficiency in Node.js/Python/Java backend development
  • Strong cloud and DevOps experience (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience integrating CRM/contact center platforms
  • Strong understanding of API security, OAuth2, JWT, and compliance requirements
